LECTURE SPEAKERS
Our Saturday Lecture Series features guest speakers who are experts on subjects ranging from shells to dolphins, eagles to tortoises, and to early Florida Indian culture. For years, these popular lectures have played to overflow crowds. Program sponsored by Friends of Barefoot Beach Preserve. Park in the first parking area on the right and meet at the Learning Center at 10:00am.
(Approximately a 1-hour lecture)
Program cost: FREE. Reservations are NOT required. There is an $8.00 entrance fee into the park for those who do not have a current Collier County beach parking permit.
Activities have ended for this year. Below is the 2020 schedule which is representative of the programs offered during "Season". The schedule for 2021 will be posted in December, 2020. Please check back then.
